Engineer INPG Hydraulique and ENSG Géologie Nancy, retired electricity manager from France Equipment Department, worked mainly in the field of the design and construction of hydroelectric production in France and abroad . Study engineer, project manager for the construction of hydroelectric installations in the Northern Alps and the Jura, development manager of the Grand Maison WWTP (1800 Mw), Deputy Director of the Alpes Lyon Equipment region ( nuclear and hydraulic), responsible for setting up the National Center for Hydraulic Equipment at Savoie-Technolac (CNEH) EDF’s competence center in hydroelectricity engineering. First director of this center, now renamed the Hydraulic Engineering Center (CIH).
