DELAYGUE Gilles

I work at the Laboratory of Glaciology and Environmental Geophysics on the reconstruction of past climates and climate focusing using physico-chemical markers ‘archived’ in sediments, mainly ice. These markers are natural isotopes, whose chemical behavior, or isotopic fractionation due to their mass difference, is sensitive to climatic conditions (‘isotopic thermometer’), or to solar forcing (production of cosmogenic isotopes). Now part of the Institute of Environmental Geosciences.
