CHOUGNET Alice

A physicist by training (engineer ESPCI Paris, Dr. in physics), Alice Chougnet worked for 12 years in an oil services company, in operations and then in R&D. She co-founded Geosophy in 2018 with Quentin Barral to reuse this underground expertise in the field of renewable energies: geo-energy for heating and cooling buildings. By focusing in particular on geothermal energy from shallow soils, around 50 meters deep, the young company is developing software that makes it possible to calculate the technical and financial potential of each building.
